We provide liquid products with a very low organic matter. This results in no or hardly any sediment, which makes them very suitable for an application in irrigation systems. We also offer products with high organic matter, which have a broader spectrum of nutrients, micronutrients and vitamins. These can be used as an easier solution, due to their carefully selected composition.

BENELIQ 3-0-7

BeneLIQ 3-0-7 is a liquid organic fertilizer, composed of 100% natural products that can increase the plant’s yield and the quality of vegetables, fruits and flowers. Due to the nature of BeneLIQ 3-0-7, a quick effect on the soil can be noted. This product contains more than 25 % of fulvic acids!

This strong effect on soil microbiology leads to a great diversity in beneficial bacteria and fungi. These organisms compete with negative soil microbes and, on their turn, result in more fertility. The interaction with the root surface brings about a healthier plant which is less sensitive to diseases. The chain of processes in the soil creates a better availability of important minerals and trace elements. The BeneLIQ 3-0-7 is particularly suitable for crops that demand a high rate of potassium and trace elements, with a strong stimulation of flowering and fruit setting. It can be used as a foliar application as well as in an irrigation application.

Magnesium is absorbed by the roots of the plant as magnesium ion (Mg2+). The magnesium ion plays an important role in the development chlorophyll, which gives the leaves of plants their healthy green colour. Also, magnesium is indispensable for the process in which amino acids are converted into proteins. With a good intake, the magnesium content in a plant can rise to 3%. Biota Iron is based on lignosulphonic acid and part of our liquid biological single fertilizer line. Due to the natural origin, the nutrient content may vary. Biota Iron is used for prevention and correction of iron chlorosis under all types of conditions, including calcareous and alkaline. You first notice iron deficiency in the top of the plant. The leaves turn yellow, while the veins remain green. This is because iron is an immobile element. This means that once it is fixed, iron can no longer be distributed further in the plant. Eventually, the older leaves and smaller veins in the leaves also turn yellow. The plant growth slowly stops.

Biota Zinc is a concentrated single zinc fertiliser, based on lignosulphonic acid and part of our liquid organic single fertilizer line. Due to the natural origin, the nutrient content may vary. Biota Zinc is especially important for emerging crops. It provides a healthy stimulation of root growth (auxins). In soils with a high pH and a high lime content, there is often not enough zinc available. Zinc uptake is also disrupted in an acidic soil with an above-average amount of organic matter. Zinc ensures, besides other things, that the resistance to scab is increased. To be applied to perennial crops after harvest, but before leaf discoloration. To be applied to annual plants during the vegetative phase.

Biota Boron is a concentrated boron micronutrient and part of our liquid fertiliser line. Due to the unique production process, the nutrients are 100% present in the solution and can therefore be taken up directly by the plant. The product is allowed for use in organic agri- and horticulture. Biota Boron is important for transporting assimilates in the plant and has an important role in cell division. It ensures a stronger attachment of the fruit and supports the formation of shoots. Boron regulates the calcium absorption. The lack of boron resembles iron deficiency. The shelf life of bamboo is improved using boron. This technique is used widely. Boron is easily captured on heavy soils such as clay. On light soils it is easily rinsed out.

It enables the formation of various essential enzymes, which regulate the protein formation in the plant. Molybdenum also ensures the absorption of nitrogen from the atmosphere. The right proportion of molybdenum has a positive effect on the colour intensity. Too much molybdenum causes displacement of copper, which results in crops with yellow coloured leaves.

Biota Manga is a concentrated single manganese fertiliser, based on lignosulphonic acid and part of our liquid organic single fertilizer line. Due to the natural origin, the nutrient content may vary. Biota Manga improves the photosynthesis of the crops. It manages enzymes which are responsible for green leaves. A shortage of manganese in the soil causes a pale green discolouration and speckled sports on the plant. Use Biota Manganese preventative for optimal growth and curative when a manganese deficiency occurs in the crop. Manganese creates strong cellular walls. Biota Manganese therefore increases resistance against fungal diseases. The absorption of manganese is highly dependent on a correct pH value of the soil. Manganese has an antagonistic effect on iron.

Due to the natural origin, the nutrient content may vary. Copper is an essential element in photosynthesis. In the absence of copper, young leaves will curl, hang limp and get a faint blue glow. This is easily prevented by applying a proper fertilization scheme, but can also be corrected by adding extra copper. The correct application of Biota Copper ensures an increased resistance of the plant. This is due to optimum formation of lignin, which ensures a watertight cell wall.

BIOTA TRACE

Biota Trace contains all the necessary trace elements for a good basis for every crop. The trace elements are essential for regulating enzymatic processes in the plant. For sensitive plants, Biota Trace prevents a shortage of trace elements in the soil, which helps preventing defects. Because of its composition, Biota Trace can be used in combination with almost any other fertilizers. In case of leaf fertilization, test spraying is recommended.
